Dashboard

The dashboard is your central hub. It's the first page you see when you sign in — a single view of your business performance. See the trends behind your bookings, revenue, and customer growth. Use the period toggle to switch between Day, Week, and Month views. Everything on the dashboard updates to match your selection.

Mobile

On mobile devices, each metric widget has an expand button. Tap it to view the chart in full screen for easier reading and more detail.

Period toggle

At the top of the dashboard, use the period toggle to change the time range for all metrics. Day shows today's data. Week shows the current week (typically Monday to Sunday). Month shows the current calendar month. Charts, counts, and tables all update to reflect your selection.

Metric widgets

Three stat widgets sit at the top of the dashboard. Each shows a weekly chart and a headline count. Tap or click a widget to select it — the metric table on the right then shows the top 10 rows for that metric.

Appointments

Shows confirmed appointments for the selected period. The chart displays the trend over time (e.g. appointments per day across the week). The count is the total confirmed. Use this to see booking volume and spot busy or quiet days.

Insight: Compare week-to-week to see if you're filling more slots. A rising trend suggests your marketing or booking page is working. A dip might mean you need to promote availability or adjust your schedule.

New customers

Shows first-time bookings — customers who have never booked with you before. The chart tracks new customer acquisition over the period. The count is how many first-timers booked.

Insight: New customers indicate growth. If this number is low relative to total appointments, you're relying on repeat business. If it's high, you're attracting new people — consider a welcome offer or follow-up to convert them into regulars.

Cancellations

Shows cancelled appointments for the period. The chart tracks cancellation volume over time. The count is the total cancelled.

Insight: High cancellations can point to scheduling issues, reminder gaps, or customer behaviour. Compare with your cancellation window and reminder settings. If cancellations spike on certain days, look for patterns (e.g. weather, events).

Expanding widgets on mobile

On phones and tablets, each metric widget has an expand button (fullscreen icon). Tap it to open the chart in a larger view. This makes it easier to read the chart and see trends. Tap again (or the shrink icon) to return to the normal view.

Earnings tracker

Below the metric widgets, the Earnings Tracker shows your forecast income for the period. It uses a lollipop-style chart to visualise how much you're on track to earn based on confirmed appointments. The summary displays the total forecast and a short description.

Insight: Use this to gauge revenue health. If the forecast is below expectations, you might need more bookings or higher-value services. Compare with previous periods to see if you're growing.

Use the Business button to jump to the Business page and adjust settings that affect earnings (e.g. pricing, services).

Metric table

The table on the right shows the top 10 rows for the currently selected metric. When you select Appointments, it lists the top 10 appointments. When you select New customers, it lists the top 10 new customer bookings. When you select Cancellations, it lists the top 10 cancelled appointments.

Each row shows name, service, date and time, and staff. Click a row to open the appointment details or navigate to the Appointments page. Use the load icon to jump directly to the full appointments or customers view.

Insight: The table lets you drill down quickly. See who's booking, which services are popular, and which staff are busy. Use it to spot trends or follow up on specific bookings.

Staff and services section

Below the table, a toggle lets you switch between Staff and Services views. Each shows cards for your top performers — staff with the most bookings, or services with the most bookings. A percentage indicates share of total.

Click a staff or service card to go to the Staff or Services page. Click a role tag to filter the Staff page by that role.

Staff utilisation chart

A stacked bar chart shows how much of each staff member's available time is booked vs free. Bars represent staff; the filled portion is booked, the remainder is available. Use this to see who's underutilised or overloaded.

Insight: If some staff are consistently underbooked, consider promoting them on your booking page or shifting demand. If others are maxed out, you might need more capacity or to add staff.

Getting started overlay

New business accounts see a getting started overlay with tasks to complete. Owners see this; staff do not. Complete each task to set up your profile, business, services, and staff. You can dismiss the overlay, but we recommend finishing the tasks so your dashboard and booking page are fully configured.
