Settings
Settings is where you manage your account, subscription, billing, and data privacy. Owners see all tabs; staff see Account, Data & Privacy, and Help & Support only — subscription and billing are owner-only.
Account
Manage your login credentials and session.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Your account email. Read-only; change via the change password flow or account recovery. | |
| Password | Change your password. You'll need your current password to set a new one. |
| Logout | Sign out of 1nbox. Clears your session and cached data. |
Subscription
Owners manage the business subscription. Choose between Free and Premium, and select your billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
Free vs Premium
| Feature | Free | Premium |
|---|---|---|
| Bookable staff | 0 | 3 (base) + add-ons |
| Online booking page | No | Yes |
| Email reminders | No | Yes |
| SMS reminders | No | Yes (credits) |
| Analytics | No | Yes |
Trial period
New accounts start with a 14-day Premium trial. You get full Premium features during the trial. When the trial ends, you can subscribe to Premium or continue on Free. The trial length is fixed and cannot be extended.
Billing
Manage payment methods and view invoices. Go to the Billing tab and click View Stripe Profile to open the Stripe customer portal — there you can update your card, view billing history, and download invoices. The Invoices table shows recent charges with ID, amount, date, and status.
For a full guide to billing, subscriptions, Stripe security, and cancellation, see Billing & Subscriptions.
Add-ons
Premium accounts can purchase add-ons such as additional staff slots. Add-ons are billed monthly with your subscription. Adjust the quantity from the Subscription tab.
Data and privacy
Access legal documents and data controls.
- Terms of Service: Link to the 1nbox terms.
- Privacy Policy: Link to the 1nbox privacy policy.
- Delete account: Permanently delete your account and data.
For details on data storage, retention, governance, and your rights, see Data Privacy.
Deleting your account
Account deletion is permanent. Owners request deletion and enter a 7-day grace period — the account is scheduled for deletion and can be recovered during that window. After 7 days, the account and all associated data are permanently removed. Staff can delete their own account with immediate effect (they are removed from the business).
Once the grace period ends, account deletion cannot be undone. All business data, appointments, customers, and staff records are permanently deleted.
Help and support
Contact support, visit the help center (this documentation), and view the app version. Use the contact button to send a message or request help.
