Customers
The Customers page is your customer directory. View profiles, search by name or email, and see booking history. Customers are created automatically when they book — either as guests or registered users.
Customer directory
The customer table lists everyone who has booked with your business. Each row shows name, contact details, and key metrics. Click a row to open the customer panel for full details and editing.
Customer profiles
Each customer profile includes:
- Contact: First name, last name, email, phone
- Notes: Internal notes and preferences
- History: Past appointments, total spent, first and last visit
- Preferences: Preferred staff, preferred contact method
You can edit customer details from the panel. Notes are staff-only and not visible to customers.
Searching customers
Use the search bar to find customers by name or email. Search is case-insensitive and matches partial strings. Results update as you type.
Customer metrics
The directory shows metrics such as total appointments, total spent, and loyalty points (if applicable). Use these to identify repeat customers and top spenders.
How customers are created
Customers are created automatically when:
- Online booking: A guest books via your public booking page. They enter name, email, and phone. A customer record is created (or updated if they've booked before).
- Internal booking: Staff creates an appointment and enters customer details. A new customer is created or an existing one is matched by email.
Customers can be either Guest (no account) or Registered (has an account). Both appear in the directory. Registered customers can sign in to manage their bookings.
