Service & Staff Breakdowns
Below the charts, Analytics shows two breakdown tables: one by Service and one by Staff. These appear when you have service and staff data for the selected period. The badge at the top of each table shows the period (e.g. "This Month").
Service Breakdown
The Service Breakdown table lists each service with:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Service | Name of the service |
| Bookings | Number of appointments for that service |
| Revenue | Total booked revenue for that service |
| Repeat % | Percentage of customers who were returning (had visited before) |
| No-Shows | Number of no-shows for that service |
Rows are sorted by bookings (highest first). Use this to see which services drive the most volume and revenue, which have high repeat rates, and which have no-show issues.
Staff Breakdown
The Staff Breakdown table lists each staff member with:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Staff | Name of the staff member |
| Bookings | Number of appointments assigned to that staff member |
| Revenue | Total booked revenue for their appointments |
| Repeat % | Percentage of their customers who were returning |
| Hours | Total booked minutes converted to hours (e.g. 4.5h) |
Rows are sorted by bookings (highest first). Use this to compare staff performance, see who brings in the most revenue, and identify who has strong repeat business.
Period scope
The breakdown tables reflect the period you've selected. The badge label updates to match:
| Period selected | Badge label | Data scope |
|---|---|---|
| Week | This Week | That specific week only |
| Month | This Month | That specific month only |
| Year | This Year | Aggregated across the full year |
| All Time | All Time | Aggregated across all data |
When breakdowns don't appear
If you don't see the Service or Staff breakdown section, follow these steps:
- Check that appointments have a service and staff member assigned
- Ensure you have at least one appointment in the selected period
- Try switching to a different period (e.g. Month or All Time) to see if data appears
